Refund & Return Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
All Batelithium products come with a manufacturer warranty. If you receive a product with serious defects that render it unusable, we will provide one of the following remedies at no additional cost:
- Free replacement parts - We will ship the necessary components to resolve the issue
- Full refund - If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product has a serious manufacturing defect that prevents normal operation
- The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product
- Photo or video evidence of the defect is provided
- The product has not been physically damaged, modified, or misused by the customer
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to improper installation or use
- Products that have been modified or disassembled
- Custom-made products (unless defective)
- Products with cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or warranty claim:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number
- Provide photos or videos showing the defect
- Our technical team will assess the issue within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange replacement parts shipment or process your refund
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the product was defective upon arrival.
6. Return Shipping
If a product return is required (rather than replacement parts), we will provide return shipping instructions. For defective products confirmed by our team, return shipping costs are covered by Batelithium.
